3. Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe or direct invoice.

• Payment terms (deposit, balance due, refunds) are outlined at the time of booking or in service agreements.

• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Workshops, coaching sessions, or consulting engagements may be subject to cancellation and refund policies specified in your individual agreement.

• In general, cancellations requested before a scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.

 

5. Intellectual Property

• All materials, frameworks, and content provided by Narrative Revenue, LLC. are our intellectual property and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written consent.

• You may use materials only for your internal business purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

• Our Services are designed to educate and guide, but results may vary. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue growth, or performance improvements.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narrative Revenue, LLC. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

Free Assessments & Limitation of Liability:

The free assessments on this site are provided at no charge and on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narrative Revenue, LLC.’s total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the assessments is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amounts actually paid by you for the assessments in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability (which will be $0 for free assessments). In no event will Narrative Revenue, LLC. be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages. Nothing in this section limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

 

7. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

 

8. Third-Party Services

Our Site may include integrations with third-party tools (such as Stripe, Wix, or analytics services). We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party sites or providers. In addition, certain features of our Services - including the Narrative Demo Audit - are powered in part by OpenAI. By using these features, you acknowledge that customer transcripts may be securely processed by OpenAI solely for the purpose of generating reports, and will not be used by OpenAI to train its models.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in North Carolina.
